BARPETA ROAD, October 13: With a renewed commitment to organisational unity, leadership development, social responsibility and mutual cooperation, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of JCI Barpeta Road, along with the election of its new Executive Committee for 2027, was successfully held on Monday, October 12, at The Tadka Hall in Barpeta Road.

The meeting, conducted in an atmosphere of enthusiasm, dignity and camaraderie, marked an important milestone in the organisation’s journey towards strengthening its leadership and expanding its community-oriented initiatives.

The occasion provided an opportunity to review the organisation’s activities, achievements and financial performance over the past year while unanimously electing a new leadership team for the forthcoming term.

AGM Commences with a Warm Welcome and Review of Annual Achievements

The programme commenced with a formal welcome and felicitation of the dignitaries and office-bearers present on the dais.

Incumbent President JC Ayushi Kedia delivered the welcome address, extending her heartfelt greetings to all members and acknowledging their continuous cooperation, dedication and active participation in the organisation’s activities throughout the year.

Treasurer JC Ritika Choudhary presented the Financial Report, detailing the organisation’s financial position, income, expenditure and other financial activities.

Following discussions and deliberations, both reports were unanimously approved by the members present at the meeting.

One of the major highlights of the Annual General Meeting was the election of the new Executive Committee for 2027.

The election proceedings were conducted in an organised and transparent manner under the supervision of JC Radhika Mor, Chairperson of the Nomination Committee and a Past President of JCI Barpeta Road.

JC Ayushi Kedia was included in the new Executive Committee in her capacity as Immediate Past President.

JC Shweta Banthia was appointed Vice President (Growth and Development), while JC Asha Saraf was entrusted with the responsibility of Vice President (Community and Development).

JC Ritika Choudhary was appointed Vice President (Management), JC Divya Saraf as Vice President (PR and Social Media), and JC Anjani Kumar Jajodia as Vice President (PR and News Media).

Additionally, JC Preeti Dhirasaria was assigned the portfolio of Vice President (Training), while JC Atul Tulsyan was appointed Vice President (Business).

The Board of Directors will comprise JC Neha Jhunjhunwala, JC Garima Malu, JC Nisha Khemka, JC Pooja Dudhodia and JC Pinky Harlalka.
